Dear Management,
This is really very disappointing with the service from insurance department. my self ayesha got treatment under Dr.Shailaja Reddy was admitted in hospital on 20th Aug, i submitted my claim forms with invoices to hospital insurance so that i can reimburse from my company or my nextcare insurance.Now When i submitted my all documents with invoices they refuse to take because there is no doctor seal or stamp on it.i request the management to rectify this mistake happen from insurance..kindly do the needful as early as possible i really do not have sufficient time to do ds.
