Orthopedic congenital disabilities include various disorders that affect the bones, muscles, tendons, and ligaments of the baby. These conditions can occur when the baby is in the womb, and some occur during itself. While neonatal orthopedic problems can make parents distressed, most of them can be treated without surgery if detected early. Some congenital orthopedic disabilities are self-healing and does not require treatment. Other diseases can cause complications if not treated. Many disorders affect the baby’s musculoskeletal system and require clinical assistance from orthopedic doctors. Here are some of the orthopedic conditions that occur in newborns. About The Hospital: Since the inception of Premier Hospital in 1991 till today, we have grown to unprecedented levels, due to our excellence in medical sciences and healthcare. Premier Hospital is the creation of Dr Mahesh Marda and when it was first established, was only a small, 30-bed hospital facility. Back then, we provided only secondary care to patients, but that certainly has changed in the present landscape.
